We are looking for an efficient and responsive individual to join our friendly team in the role of a receptionist/ office manager. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage, but is not a requirement. Good command of English and Russian is necessary (both spoken and written).

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests, partners and staff members
  • Taking care of the office and office supplies
  • Provide whatever administrative support is required
  • Receive, direct and reply to telephone calls, email and messages promptly, politely and professionally
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Ability to write and speak correctly in both Russian and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word and Excel
  • Friendly personality with ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Eye for details, flexible, "no-task-too-small" attitude
